Setsuna first meets the Sailor Senshi as Luna P when they must rescue Chibi Usa in her dreams. Later, in the same season, the Senshi travel through time with the help of Sailor Pluto.
She and Chibi Usa are close, Chibi Usa's nickname (Small Lady) proves it. I'm not sure when Setsuna actually joins up with the other Senshi, because I haven't seen the episode.

Dead Scream
When this phrase is spoken, a ball of energy forms at the end of her staff, and it can be fired at any target.
Dark Dome Close
This is Setsuna's forbiden attack. Why? These words are used to seal the passage of time. That's not a very good idea.....

The Time Staff is Sailor Pluto's big key that you always see her with. She uses it to control and guide her attacks. The staff has a Talisman at the end--

This is Sailor Pluto's Talisman, which is used to help form the 'Holy Grail'.
